Biography

Attorney at Law Omanovic Berina graduated at the Faculty of Law of the University of Sarajevo, where she also completed her master’s degree and obtained the title of Masters of Laws. She directed the acquisition of work experience towards the judiciary and legal profession and acquired and developed her professional skills and knowledge by practicing law. Berina worked as attorney’s expert associate for 4 years, and has been working as an attorney for over 4 years.

Berina has extensive experience and knowledge in representation in civil and executive disputes, especially when it comes to debt collection. Berina focused her knowledge and professional development on the preparation and creation of legal analysis and opinions for domestic and foreign clients, in relation to import, distribution, trade, marketing, VAT, customs and waste disposal. In particular, legal opinions and analysis of regulations regarding e-cloud in Bosnia and Herzegovina. 

Also, Berina has knowledge and experience in the field of labour law, employment in professional training, annual leave, work from home during the pandemic and other issues related to labour law.

When it comes to establishing legal entities in BiH, recording all changes with the competent registers for legal entities, Berina works on drafting decisions, articles of association, applications as well as other internal documents that a legal entity must have. She also performs all other post-registration activities such as registration with the competent Tax Administration, the Bureau of Statistics, the ITA, as well as obtaining a work permit for foreigners and temporary residence for foreigners on any legal basis.

Berina also has significant experience and professional knowledge when it comes to the protection of personal data, considering that she works on detailed analysis of regulations for domestic and foreign legal entities in the field of personal data protection, records collection of personal data before the Personal Data protection Agency in BiH, etc.

Berina speaks English fluently. She is very professional and dedicated to the needs of her clients, all in order to protect client’s legal interests.
